BCCHA Programs 2024

The Beaver County Cancer & Heart Association offers a range of supportive programs including medication assistance, transportation, fitness memberships, and care bags for those battling cancer or heart disease. Additionally, we provide access to support groups, educational talks, and special initiatives like the Roxsan’s Dream Fund Luncheon, partnering with local organizations to enhance community well-being.

Pharmaceutical Assistance

The Pharmaceutical Assistance Program provides free medications to low-income Beaver County residents with cancer or heart disease.

The Healing In Motion: Fitness Program offers Beaver County residents cancer reduced-cost YMCA memberships and tailored fitness classes at the New Brighton YMCA.

BCCHA recommends contacting Bags & Blessings or Club Hope for their decorated Cancer Care Bags, and offers Heart Care Bags for those with heart disease, each filled with community support.

BCCHA is available to speak at your group’s event about cancer or heart disease. Contact us online, by phone, or email to arrange an in-person or virtual presentation. If we can’t attend, we’ll help find an alternative.

Angels R’ Us: Roxsan’s Dream Fund

Since 2008, BCCHA’s Angels R’ Us and the Roxsan Betters Albanese Foundation have hosted the Annual Roxsan’s Dream Fund Luncheon to fulfill wishes for children with cancer or heart conditions, and provide gas cards for travel to appointments.
